Getting started is easier than you might think. To create a clear and accurate estimate for our services, we’ll ask a few simple questions about your business and current bookkeeping setup.
We’ll gather details such as the banks you use, an approximate number of monthly transactions, your point-of-sale system, and where things currently stand with your bookkeeping (if you’re behind, that’s ok! we can help!). If you’re interested in multiple services, you can share those needs as well, everything is tailored to you.
Once we receive your information, one of our bookkeepers will reach out to schedule a phone call or video meeting to walk you through the process and answer any questions. During onboarding, we’ll request view-only access to your accounts, so there’s no need to send copies of receipts or sensitive documents.
